This Privacy Policy explains how M3D Technologies s.r.o. (we, us, our) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit neoformix.io (the Site) or sign up to be notified about our upcoming BackerKit campaign.

2. What data we collect and why
2.1 Sign-up form (BackerKit notification)
When you submit your e-mail address through our sign-up form, we collect:
• E-mail address
• (If included in the form: first name)
• Timestamp and source of consent, IP address at signup (for consent proof)
• Campaign attribution parameters (utm_term and utm_content) from the landing page URL, if present
Purpose: to notify you when our BackerKit campaign for VoroLight launches, and to send you occasional updates about the product and campaign.
We use the utm_term and utm_content values, when present, to understand which advertising campaign and ad led to your sign-up.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You confirm your subscription via a confirmation link sent to your e-mail (double opt-in) before any messages are sent.
Withdrawal: you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every e-mail, or by contacting us at info@neoformix.io.
2.2 Automatically collected data (cookies & similar technologies)

2.3 BackerKit itself
Once our campaign is live, any payment, shipping, or account data you provide directly on BackerKit is collected and processed by BackerKit, PBC under their own privacy policy and terms — not by us. We only receive limited backer information from BackerKit (e.g., for order fulfillment) once the campaign is funded.

• Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymization where offered by the platform.
• Meta Pixel may share data (e.g., pixel events, hashed e-mail if you also provided one) with Meta for ad targeting and measurement purposes. Meta acts as an independent controller for its own use of this data — see Meta's Privacy Policy for details on how Meta processes it.

5. How long we keep your data
• Consent records (proof of opt-in): kept for 3 years after unsubscribe, to demonstrate compliance with Art. 7 GDPR.
• Cookie consent choice: up to 12 months, after which you will be asked again.
• Analytics data: per Google's default retention (up to 14 months) unless changed in our settings.
